Provider and program acceptance
Participants are responsible for confirming the referral source will accept the provider, curriculum, length, and delivery format. True North may assist with information but cannot guarantee acceptance.
Enrollment
A form, message, conversation, or document does not complete enrollment or reserve a seat. Enrollment occurs only after program fit, requirements, availability, forms, and payment arrangements are confirmed.
Attendance, conduct, and completion
Participants must follow applicable attendance, punctuality, conduct, participation, assignment, material, technology, payment, and completion rules. Certificates are not issued early, backdated, or altered to misstate participation.
Reporting
Referrals may require reporting of enrollment, attendance, progress, missed sessions, noncompliance, withdrawal, termination, or completion. Expectations and authorizations are addressed during enrollment.
Scheduling and emergencies
Schedules may change and completion by a deadline is not guaranteed when enrollment is delayed or requirements are unmet. True North is not a crisis service. Call 911 for an emergency or 988 for suicide or mental-health crisis support.
