True North welcomes program-specific inquiries from courts, prosecutors, solicitors, probation officers, attorneys, employers, and authorized community partners.

Referral and verification information

Our goal is straightforward: deliver the identified educational service with clear expectations, maintain accurate records, and provide documentation an authorized referral source can verify.

Programs

MRT — Moral Reconation Therapy®

Facilitator-led cognitive-behavioral programming incorporating curriculum work, group participation, facilitator review, and documented progress.

Four-Hour In-Person Anger Management

Structured education addressing triggers, response patterns, communication, conflict management, accountability, and planning. It is not represented as evaluation, clinical treatment, psychotherapy, or FVIP.

Information requested with a referral

  • Participant's full legal name
  • Case or citation number, when needed
  • Jurisdiction and referring office
  • Assigned program, length, and completion conditions
  • Approved delivery format
  • Enrollment and completion deadlines
  • Reporting frequency and secure delivery method

Documentation available

  • Program description and facilitator credential verification
  • Enrollment confirmation and attendance record
  • Current status and relevant progress report
  • Withdrawal, termination, or noncompliance notice when required
  • Signed completion certificate
  • Direct phone or email verification

Clear status language

Referred means information received; Enrolled means entry requirements completed; Active means currently participating; Pending means an item remains; Noncompliant means a documented condition was not met; Withdrawn or Terminated means participation ended; and Completed means the applicable True North program requirements were satisfied.

Record accuracy

Dates, hours, attendance, progress, status, and completion information are never altered to create the appearance of compliance. Verification requests are answered after requester identity and authority are reasonably confirmed.
