Only the portion of your written instructions identifying the program, length, format, deadline, and reporting contact. Remove unrelated sensitive information.
Is True North accepted by every Georgia court?+
No provider should promise universal acceptance. Acceptance depends on the jurisdiction, case, curriculum, facilitator, format, and documentation rules. Confirm when instructions are unclear.
Does True North decide diversion eligibility?+
No. The prosecutor, solicitor, court, or official program administrator makes that decision.
Will completing a class make charges go away?+
No legal outcome is guaranteed. A class may be only one requirement, and the government authority decides what happens next.
What is MRT?+
A structured cognitive-behavioral program addressing decision-making, moral reasoning, personal responsibility, and behavioral accountability.
Is MRT just attendance?+
No. Participants may need to complete workbook activities, present step work, participate appropriately, and satisfy curriculum and program rules.
Is MRT available virtually?+
Live virtual programming may be available, but the referral source must allow the format. Scheduling is confirmed during review.
Is anger management online?+
No. True North's four-hour anger management education class is conducted in person.
Is anger management the same as FVIP?+
No. Georgia-certified FVIP is a regulated 24-week program. True North's four-hour class is not FVIP.
When will I receive a certificate?+
Only after applicable attendance, participation, assignment, conduct, payment, and completion requirements are satisfied. Certificates are not issued early or backdated.
Can documentation be sent directly?+
Yes, when the recipient is authorized, the necessary release is provided, and the written instructions permit direct delivery.
Is this a crisis service?+
