We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including name, phone, email, preferred contact method, referring authority, requested program, deadline, and a case or citation number when needed. Basic technical information may also be collected by website hosting and security tools.
How information may be used

Referral-source disclosures
Court, diversion, probation, attorney, or employer referrals may require reporting of enrollment, attendance, progress, noncompliance, withdrawal, termination, or completion according to participant authorization, referral terms, program rules, or law.
Information sharing
True North does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorized service providers, an authorized referral source, or when required or permitted by law.
Sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, complete criminal histories, medical records, evidence, victim information, financial information, driver's-license images, or unrelated sensitive records through public website or ordinary email.
Security and retention
True North uses reasonable administrative and technical measures, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, satisfy documentation duties, comply with requirements, and resolve disputes.
