True North was created to provide structured educational programming and dependable documentation for participants, courts, prosecutors, probation officers, attorneys, employers, and other referral sources.
Court-related instructions can contain unfamiliar program names, deadlines, reporting contacts, and documentation rules. True North begins by reviewing the written requirement, explaining the educational enrollment process, and identifying what must be confirmed.

Accountability and dignity belong together. Participants are expected to attend, engage, complete assigned work, and follow program rules. They are also treated respectfully and given clear information.

Elizabeth Taylor is an MRT facilitator and experienced trainer. Her background includes more than ten years of public-service experience with the Georgia Secretary of State's Office, plus training, quality review, coaching, group facilitation, and customer-service leadership. She has experience facilitating groups of 30 or more participants.
